I am alone in the office and it is 5.37pm.

There is no way I am gonna do my work.
So, I do this quiz from Kenny Sia blog for entertainment.
Turn out the results is nearly good enough to describe me. Scary huh?

If you are a car, your fuel of choice would be unleaded alcohol. You are a major party animal with an unnatural obsession with art, toys and all things fantasy. You think the world is too complicated and you wished it could be as simple as it was when you were 7 years old. You live with it. You work hard, but you don't take for granted the simple things in life that make you happy. Sweet candy, cartoon music, crazy friends, all these and more make you a happy person living in your own little world.

P/S: I've been busy lately. I will try to post about my weight meter reading as soon as I can find a time. Behold!!

Forgive me, for I have sinned~Siriwan Thai Restaurant, Shah Alam

Note: Excuse the pictures quality. I am using a camera phone. An OLD camera phone. :)

Prior to our unfortunate event on July that cost us to be car-less for quite some times, my brother-in-law was very kind enough to act as an older brother and lend us his pick-up truck for our daily usage. So we thought it is best to treat him and his wife for a wonderful dinner as a token of appreciation.

The husband has been aiming for this restaurant for quite a long time. It is located at Seksyen 13, Shah Alam nearby their office. They serve normal Thai food and ada deer and duck. Tapi takut nak order sebab semua kebulur macam nak mati plus we don't think that is their specialty.

Tomyam seafood

Kerabu Mango

Broccoli with errr.. ape ntah but it is nice though

Pandan Chicken

Kerapu 3 rasa. Looks kinda weird but tasted ok.

the ever wonderful brother & sister

the banker. isyk. :)

The food was okey la It cost us RM110 more or less for those foods with 3 fruit juice & a Chinese tea. Not bad huh?

Butttt, the bad news is I didn't get to do any exercise (again) yesterday. Go home straight after dinner because I miss my pretty baby a lot. So, the result.

Weight Meter Reading~Day 3 & 4.

Weight to lose : 13kg

Weight lost to date : 0kg

Urgh hate weekend.
Friday night makan nasi putih with ayam goreng before went off to see little Arrissa Qistina. Dah habis pantang pun kawan I sekarang baru nak gi tengok. hehe. Ate domino's sebab tak manis la tak jamah orang bagi makan (alasan) padahal nafsu adalah buas end up makan 3 keping. Dem yew Domino's!! Nasi+domino's at night ye. Lari 10 jam pun tak tentu terbakar lagi kalori tu.
Started my Saturday with Sakae Sushi around 10 plates for both hubby and me then go for jalan-jalan with little Rania until around 4. Balik rumah eat nugget macam tak pernah jumpa. heisyy. Manage to do cardio for 40 minutes at night but then still not enough to cover my calories intake.
As you all guess. I gain a kilo back. Damn!
Sunday pulak start with Nasi kandar with kepala Ikan at Original Kayu Nasi Kandar (big thanks to my sister for ruining my diet. haha salahkan orang lain pulak) then go home for 3 cups of coffee. Eat nugget (again!) tanpa segan silu. No cardio. No weight lifting. Be a lazy ass for the whole day. Supper tosei with kari kambing.
Luckily gaining no additional kilo.
Lesson learned ey? I eat like a monster!
Tunggu je la update seterusnya.

Every girl deserve to have friends like mine

It's a pure blessing when we are blessed with such a wonderful friends, right?

It was during our dear friend in red bacheloratte party held at Redbox Ria @ Sogo the other day. We had so much fun laughing, singing, and dancing all the way until late.

The theme for the day was angels & a devil. Of course the bride-to-be was the devil. We should inform her particularly to come with a red dress for a nicer effect but instead we just told her to wear something red

The angels are suppose to get those circle thingy ape ntah nama dia yang letak atas kepala tu but because we were in a tight budget so we decided to use mask instead. Although that was after a funny disagreement between the three party planners (one of us actually wanna be blonde angel but malu-malu kucing nak pertahankan idea dia haha).

With Ms single~the adorable party planner 1. Always reliable and a friend keeper. She is not single by the way. Happily married. She claim that the mask was the only one left for her. Yeah right! Hahaha.

Ms Bad~the cute party planner 2 who wanted to be blonde for the day. Somehow she never wins any argument with us. I wonder why. Haha

It was supposed to be a surprise party to Ms devil. We managed to book a decent size room huge enough for 7 of us. Arrived at 7pm to decorate then we kick start with some old songs and buffet while waiting for Ms devil who supposedly arrive at 8pm.

buffet time

And guess what? After few round of buffet, spice girls, backstreet boys and barbie girl she finally arrived at 9pm! Harusla yang dirai sudah dilupakan setelah 2 jam penat menanti dan berparty tanpa henti. Haha.

Before we shout "SAPRAISSSS!!!" But she enter the room with a blur face and we can't stop laughing so I guess "saprais" tak menjadi huh?

~Ms devil ~

Dan disebabkan orang yang dirai datang lambat, this party we decided to dedicate the party to Ms Sexy because she was conquering the mic like seriously. Dia sorang je pegang feeling sorang2 ni. Hahah.

Yours truly and Ms Sexy. Time ni je dia tak pegang mic. Haha.

We had a great time. A really great time together. Looking back, we already known each other for more than 2 decades and it is really amazing how the friendship keeps on going and how close we are even though we are all busy with our own life, work & family. I thank the internet. :)

I cherish you all and love you all to bits!

P/S: Congratulation Ms devil! I know you are going to be a beautiful bride and a great wife. :)

Day 1~Still feel motivated (pretty much)

After whining about it for a long time, I finally took the challenge and decided to REALLY lose some weight this time. Of course after a heated conversation on Facebook between myself, my sister and brother.

See, my brother used to be the biggest among us when suddenly, for whatever reason, he decided to lose weight, cut his long hair short and be as skinny as he is now. With my sister's addiction to the gym and my other brother who is always thin, I'm the biggest in the family now. Urghh!

I checked my BMI and I have to lose 7kilos to achieve my ideal weight, but I think I'm gonna challenge myself and shed 14kilos. Barula "sandha" kan geng? hehehe.

This time I'll do it the traditional way. No herba shake or cream whatsoever. Not working for me. My new resolution (dah bulan 10 baru nak ada resolution) are to exercises and watch my eating habit. So, I'm gonna start my weight meter reading journal here for my own record.

Please, please, please make it work this time.

Note to Pnut & Aien:
I actually book a yoga class last night at 8 but decided not to go. Hehe. So no updates actually. hahaha. Oh matahari mission failed!

Procrastinating is BAD

We all know that, aren't we?

I have started my small business selling hijab & shawl and business has been good (for starter like me). The thing is, I planned to set up an online boutique as well but I did not do anything yet. And yesterday, my mum scolded me for procrastinating, telling that the hijab design will be out-dated by the time I post it to the web. Yes mum I knowwww. Thank You.

For now, I am more than willing to go from one house to another like "bangla jual kain" than to upload it on the web. Gila kemalasan nak upload one by one padahal gambar semua dah ambik siap dah 2 minggu lepas. Haiiisshh.

Macam mana nak berjaya perangai macam ni?

This Should Be Posted in All Schools & Work Places

I got this forward email from my uncle and I couldn't agree more. Lagi-lagila when myself is in the middle of facing harsh reality of life & still finding myself untill now. So, I thought it best to share with you all on this. May we all get the benefits from this.

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with this! Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school.. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.
Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one

Picnic @ KLCC

Siapa pernah pergi bawak anak kecil main air dekat pool KLCC tu?

Okey tak tempat dia?
Okey tak kalau nak picnic kat situ?

Ada siapa-siapa nak join?
Hehehe.

As usual we have tons of things to do in weekend but hell I am so tired already trying to cope with them each and every weekend. Sometimes, we do need a break right?

So, I need some suggestion, when is the perfect time to go? I prefer yang less crowded pagi ke petang? Saturday ke Sunday? And is it ok to just go and have a picnic there? Picnic in a sense siap bentang kain bagai. hehe.

Need Help!

Birthday Treat That Last Forever. Red Box @ The Curve & Restoran Andalus, Jalan Damai, Ampang.

Okey. This is a long overdue entry which I am suppose to post last week but I didn't because i am so lazy to do so. But since we took lots of pictures and what a waste not to update so here goes.

In summary (bite me for being this lazy), Last Saturday was the husband birthday and we took him for a karaoke session at Redbox @ The Curve (which si hantu karaoke, Aien selected the most song but the husband pick for closing song was the best!), then off to Restoran Andalus at Jalan Damai (sort of), Ampang for a dinner treat. And forgive us for cam-whoring more than the birthday guy since the birthday guy was the cameraman for the day. haha.

Please by all means do the narration yourself. :)

Notes: I love you.

So be it.

I miss my baby so badly but I also have a date with my girlfriends tonight which I don't think is nice for me to back out.

It's hard to be a mum and a girlfriend at a same time.

I do always get together with them and apart from that I spend a few hours getaway with the husband without the baby. Explain why you won't always see my baby with us in my facebook album. Not that I don't want to bring her along but she is too young to follow instruction and I don't feel comfortable meeting with my single friends with me shouting and focusing on the baby.

But one thing do change is that when my single friends get married and have a baby of their own, they will stop hanging around like we used to be and the circle of friend get smaller and smaller. And it left me with an uneasy feeling why I can still hang around but not them. Is that make me a horrible mother who doesn't care about my baby? Do we have to change entirely and only hang out with other parents & brag about our babies 24/7? Why can't we be who we used to be?

So yeah, sometimes I do feel like a bad mother because I live my life to the fullest even though I have a baby.

Or am I?

The Monster in me.

It is obvious that I am back to the office seeing my "almost" non-existence new post for the past 2 weeks. Just one update with pictures doesn't consider as a decent update aight?

Anyway, yeah things has been rough when I was back. With the new management and whatnot I don't think I can cope being a part of the "family" anymore. But then again, finding new place and start all over to fit in not as easy you know. See lah how. I am happily minding my own business if you ask. I leave it to God this time.

By the way, I am proud to announce that my slim-down ultimate mission was nothing but a failure with a CAPITAL F! Failure! I manage to be slim to fit my baju kurung moden ala-ala duyung in the 1st day of Raya though. *clap clap*. Then dengan bangga update dalam Facebook lepas tu malu-malu kucing bila this supermom puji wahh dah kurus. haha. But after 2 weeks of sinful eating with "takpe esok I'll start a healthy diet again" attitude, look how cruel the world on giving me a reality check.

The picture alone leave me with a creepy feeling. Bulat weh dah rupa mak nyah dah aku tgk. hehe.

Okey dah lah. Nanti mimpi ngeri pulak tidur malam.
