Saigon : The Departure

Our flight scheduled on 12pm, May 15th. We had our breakfast at KL Sentral and took the KLIA express to the KLIA2.

So shocked to see how spacious and elegant looking this new airport is. No wonder our flight tickets were expensive. Anyway, it took us nearly more than half an hour (including bathroom time) to get to the gate. There were a lot of airport staff waiting around all areas with uniform shirt and a big "ask me" board so finding your way is kind of easy.

Today's Adventure

Number one:
This was supposed to be a honeymoon trip for us but my "red aunty" decided to pay me a visit. (-.-"). Good news is..there won't be the 3rd child anytime soon. Haha. But seriously, we were laughing like mad the moment I told the news to the husband. Lucky I didn't go all out and bought those expensive lingerie.
Lesson learnt: Check your period date before buying the ticket, fool!

Number two
My full size Keihl facial wash was confiscated by the custom (T_T). I was trying my luck using my charm to make the custom officer let it go but I guess, my charm doesn't really work all the time. Though I can see that the lady officer was giving me a sorry look (sisterhood yo!) but well... nevermind.
Lesson learnt: Buy those travel size container and use it.

Well, that summarize our journey (not even arriving Saigon yet, already a lot of drama). Pray for our safety ya!

With Love from both of us.

SAIGON, VIETNAM ~ The Reason

At last.. a trip just for the two of us.

I am really looking forward for this trip but at the same time feeling a bit sad & guilty to leave the kids behind. But we both think we really need this trip to recharge our marriage so its's okay because we know we'll leave them in a very good hands of my parents and and my sister. Two kids with day jobs for both of us, I admit, taking care of each other is the last thing that we do. (T_T)

I got married at a young age.. at 24 to be exact and Rania came just a year after. There were no annual anniversary trips or whatsoever to celebrate our marriage as we are occupied with her and to be honest, we don't really got the money to splurge. I am the paranoid one in this relationship and whatever we do, it's for the kids future 1st then only our needs. Alhamdulillah, even without any huge celebrations or even gift, we manage to hold on still. :) I think our ignorance in celebrating anniversaries played it part too. Because we are both sucks at remembering events so no heart feelings for both of us. Haha

Then came Imaan oh boy both of them are pretty handful to deal with haha but alhamdulillah at the same time our hard work paid off and Allah has given us plenty to be grateful for. So now, with the kids future are safely secured, we can splurge a bit and it's time to take extra care and recharge our marriage. :)

We will be 7 years this 1st June. Honestly, we never had a proper anniversary memories together (except the birth of our two kids which co-incidentally near to our anniversary). Yes of course there were dinners and late night movies but we do that a lot even if it's not anniversary so yeah that doesn't count. haha. So we decided, let's do an annual trip. No need to be fancy. No need to be far from home. It can be just a night stay at any hotels in KL but the idea is, it has to be something just for the two of us (though an oversea trip will be preferable, thank you) haha.

But we really have to thank my mum and dad and also my big sister for agreeing (by force) to babysit my kids. We are fortunate that we still have our family so once in a while, we get to be alone. Alhamdulillah for that.

School Holiday - Term 1, Part 1

School holiday started! Weehoo.

I don't get this school holiday hype before, until my kid started schooling. But we don't really have a plan lining up but we promise ourselve that we will at least bring them (Rania especially) somewhere for fun.

We started with a trip to Pantai Remis last weekend for kite flying fun fun fun!

Kids with daddy. Daddy don't really know how to deal with the kids when they missbehave. Believe it or not, though he is the sweetest ever to me, he can be quite strict with them. I foresee that growing up, he can be really hard on them that they might think he's unapproachable. I am trying my best to capture all the things he did for them as a prove that he loves them so much but daddy just being.... Ermmm daddy.

Daddy and grandpa showing off their skills to the couldn't-be-bothered-much kid. Hehe. Cute.

Our kite flying! So much fun.

Imaan the kite! Hehe. Imaan has no clue what happened or even where we were! At the end, she was bored, cried, drank her milk, then slept through out the outing. Haha.

The end of our 1st school holiday outing!

February Birthday Party : The Surprise

Each time there is a party, the birthday girls have no idea what the party will be like or even where it will be held. We just know that there will be party for us and we are told to give the others our wish list. Simple as that.

But for February birthday this year, we did a prank making the birthday girl thinking that she won't get any party this year.

Why?

You should see how she enjoyed herself the most during our Jan party. We even started to think that it was her party when she keep on screaming "the best party ever"! I also have a shot video of her screaming around laughing like mad as an evidence.

Nah! Too cruel if I share it here.

What we did to her?

We kept it all secret until the day. Ahaha. She even got her eyes blind folded and we sent one of us to her house to pick her up and blind folded her there and then.

Not just that. We make her wear the hideous hat that sparkle you can see it from the moon and we kid around with her like the ali baba movie. Haha.

Her desperate attempt to ask strangers where she was. The passerby being so cool they told her she was at the zoo! Haha.

Tadaaa! Happy birthday and no, you're not at the zoo. Hehe.

Well, actually the surprise was so much more than that. We actually secured a meet up with her fav actor to have breakfast with her that morning! That level of love you may not get it anywhere darling. Haha.

But the actor cancelled last minutes. He told us he got other job and need to go there ASAP. Well, there will always be other time.

We had a great time, that's for sure!

Presents that she got from us. Gambar pun jadilah! Haha.

Group photo! Two of us not here. one cannot make it and another is currently in UK. Hi nadot! *waves excitedly*

Hope you had a good birthday babe! Don't hijack our party next time, please?

January Birthday Party : The Party Bomber.

Me and my friends, we love to party and I think it is a good thing to do. We make it compulsory to celebrate birthdays together so that we can spend time together and our kids will bond with each other.

Of course the way we party changes with time. But that's not the only thing changing, the participants change too.

Year by year, we keep on adding additional VIP members into our club and this year we have 3 all together.

So this year, as usual we kicked off 2014 with January babies birthday party with the additional 3 VIP members.  Still we decided to do a sleepover party like how we always did in the past. We figured, how hard it can be? We all survived all these years partying girls only with our eldest babies.

Guess who is the most diva among all?

Believe me, none of my photo without her with that screaming look.

And you might see the all nice and smiling faces in front of the camera. If only you know the background noise behind the clicks.

I guess no sleepover for us for the next 2 years.

The Conventional Meet Up

I am in love with my phone, since iPhone made a debut in my life 4 years ago.

I'm gonna admit here, though it's tough that I am too, like you, attached with my phone.

Sometime I got carried away that I forgot to engage in the real conversation happening around me. Like talking to my husband on dinner table. hehehe.

So, the other day my dear husband went for an annual meet up with his friends and told me not to call or text him unless emergency. I was like... OK boss whatever makes you happy. I know that they always had this rule that whoever pick up the phone needs to pay the bill. Haha.

What they did this time was, putting all their phones at the centre of the table. Means no phone is allowed even for a quick peek at FB, instagram or even emails.

I think that is a good idea. A very good idea.

So my husband implement the rule on me each time we dine out together.

Guess who had to pay the bill? (T_T)

The Happy Box : Louis Vuitton Speedy Bandouliere 30 in Monogram

My story with Louis Vuitton goes all the way back.

Those who friend me on facebook or instagram know that I kid with my husband A LOT! Most of the time, it includes the two letter word "LV". In every status that I tagged him, I'll make sure the letters appear each time. Haha. Such a headache to be my husband, no?

Tho that was the case but believe it or not, I bought my 1st Louis Vuitton using my own pocket money. I was trying to lose weight that time and I promise myself to buy one if I ever reach my target. And I did. It was a Neverful MM in Damier Ebene. I tought I'll be done for good after the purchase but boy... little that I know, it creates addiction deep inside. A very "wallet damaging" addiction. LOL.

So my advise. Don't start! Haha

Anyway, on my birthday last January, my husband brought me to KLCC and to my surprise lead me to the LV store. Awwww. What do I do to deserve him I don't know. I'm a lousy wife. I told you guys so many times. It means a lot you know because this my self-damaging addiction and I definately don't want him to splurge his hard earn money on this. Plus, he (like any other sane guy) told me a gazillionth of times that the bag is way overpriced for a canvas bag! "But it's an LV...." I would reply complete with my "puss in the boots eyes" hehe.

I was about to take it but I couldn't let myself. So I told him that it's okey.. Save the money for the new baby (I was 4 month pregnant at that time) and just give me a nice dinner instead. ( the snob sales assistant play a big part too. Hate it when they treat us like we don't deserve. You ain't get any commision from me you don't. Not with that attitude!)

5 months later, after enduring labor pain, episiotomy, engorgement, and sore nipple i figure what the hell, if you wanna give me I'll take it! Haha.

My initial target was only Speedy. Tho I know Speedy B will be more practical but we will have to add another 1k just for the strap. Since I already have Neverful for practicality, I have no issue with the short top handle that Speedy has. But my husband insisted me to get the Bandouliere. Well it's your money honey who am I to object. LOL. I was also going to get it in 35 initially but the SA assure me that 30 looks better with my frame.

So here I am smiling until my cheeks hurts and he's out by few thousands of bucks. Haha. Takpe sayang manjakan isteri dapat banyak pahala tau. ;p

I love the bag! It's classy, squishy, roomy and everything. But since I'm a desperate housewife for the moment, the bag's safely getting tanned everyday on top of my bed.

Sayang, if you're reading this. Thank you so much for the gift. For loving me this much. I have nothing to offer you other than pray that Allah will grant you jannah for being such a great husband to me.

P/S: The Speedy Bandouliere price increase in February 13 making the bag RM500 more expensive than before. We could save up the 500 if we bought it on my birthday! So next time if you have money don't wait just buy because the price keep on increasing every year! (Good investment huh? Hehe)

Little surprise. Big Score.

I always get angry at my husband for not listening. I mean guys do that right! They hear us talking but they don't really listen.

Like the other day, during my confinement, I was telling him how he's too busy doing "unimportant" things and did not spent his time with his wife (I think there was drama air mata involve. Haha) so the next day he go and clean the room (still not spending his time with me) because he knows that I was upset and he thinks that if he makes the room clean I'll be happy. Like... What?? I told you I'm upset because you're not spending enough time with me, so you clean the room? Guys.. Pfft..

So when I received a gift parcel with charms bracelet inside, I was so happy that he pays attention when I constantly taking about charms bracelet. Awwww.. And what's melt my heart the most is some of the charms are purple in color because he remember that I got tons of purple bajus in my closet so he thinks I must be a sucker for purple. Awwww again.

But of course I will be much more in love if he had picked the right shade of purple. Bahahahaha.

I love this guy. Like seriously. I wonder what I do that I deserve someone like him. I'm a lousy wife I tell you.

Life is a pure blessing

Lately, I never talk about my feelings anymore. Not like last time when I pour every single thing here.
Though life is  not that great for me sometime, I tried not to hold onto that feeling. I learned to let go and move on. Learned to see things in a different angle. Most of the time it works wonder.

But sometime, it didn't. Just like today.

Before I reached home, my plan was to write down my feelings in my blog. I am so angry and sad at the same time. But, in between my plan and actually reaching home, I played with my sick kid at Mum's, brought her out for dinner, went home after dinner, realized that i left my home keys at mum's, went back to mum's place to get the keys, went back home again, played with my sick kid (again) at home, scolded her then soothes her then scolded her again and soothes her again, tug her to bed, and now, i am completely forgotten why am I so angry before.

Oh well, maybe next time.

For all I know, even life is not that great sometime, there will always be something else that we have that can make life feels great again. We just have to know where to find it.

This is where my heart and life belong....

I am blessed. I am content.

I haven't blog about my birthday celebration yet...and not intending to do so. Please click this for details. My friend already update the whole event for you guys. Top to bottom. She's a first timer and I think it's not bad at all. :) Please go and leave your comments. Give her a little bit of support will you?

Although I didn't update it here but from the bottom of my heart, this was the best celebration ever. It was really close to my heart. It was everything.

Looking back at the party, I am really really glad that I married my husband. He may not be perfect in every way but I am very glad that he click well with my friends. Well enough to plan a surprise party with them. Well enough to converse with them through emails, facebook, and telephone. I don't think I'll have a surprise party with my friends if he did not click well with them.

I met my husband when I was in my college years and non of my beloved friends went to the same college as mine. I was alone there. (T_T) So, they did not know each other at first but he was really sporting to join most of our get together outings, be it if he was only guy there and had to be our photographer. haha. He did not make noise when I went on and on talking to my friends for hours...ignoring him. Doesn't feel embarrassed with our loud voice and laugh. (you know how embarrassed it is to go out with a bunch of very very vain ladies)

And then there are my friends. Who are really really nice to allow my husband to join most of our activities even at that time, most of them are single. Who tried to make conversation with him. To make him a part of us. To welcome him into the clan. I can not thank you guys enough. You all are the reason I can still be young and hip even though I am a wife and a mother. You guys accept me for who I am. :)

Thank you husband, for knowing that a big part of my happiness are with them. And for not keeping me for you alone. For allowing me to be me. Even after I marry you.

Thank you friends, for pulling extra chairs, making extra space for my tiny family to fit into.

I am blessed. I am content. :)

P/S: Thanks to all your husbands as well. They are all super cool right?

Special for you, husband.

Twit.. Twit..

Hahaha.

Sikitttt lagi..

So, if I really want to achieve 100 posts by end of the year, I have to at least post 4 entries today.
Whoaaa..

I told my husband about that this morning. You know ~ my attempt to start a conversation sebab takut dia marah after I woke up at 9am today and make him late to work because he has to send me~. So I told him, owh never mind, I can just write meaningless entry 4 times today sort of like twitter ~ you know.

Well then, as I suspected, he said "tu mengelat namanya.." Well, at least my attempt of starting a conversation succeed. :0

Speaking of twitter, I know it so "in" lately but I can't help to notice and laugh at those people who twit like it is a blog. No offence. I know it is called a micro-blog but I do feel that it is a bit funny when you post a long twit sampai kena sambung-sambung 3 or 4 times posting just to get your message delivered, don't you think? Okey la kalau sambung 2 tu bolehla terima but 3,4 even 5?? I mean like come on make it short people! If you don't know how to twit then don't. Because it is boh~ring.

Hah, like I do care?

Birthday Treat That Last Forever. Red Box @ The Curve & Restoran Andalus, Jalan Damai, Ampang.

Okey. This is a long overdue entry which I am suppose to post last week but I didn't because i am so lazy to do so. But since we took lots of pictures and what a waste not to update so here goes.

In summary (bite me for being this lazy), Last Saturday was the husband birthday and we took him for a karaoke session at Redbox @ The Curve (which si hantu karaoke, Aien selected the most song but the husband pick for closing song was the best!), then off to Restoran Andalus at Jalan Damai (sort of), Ampang for a dinner treat. And forgive us for cam-whoring more than the birthday guy since the birthday guy was the cameraman for the day. haha.

Please by all means do the narration yourself. :)

Notes: I love you.

Dapatkah Isteri Derhaka Cium Bau Syurga?

For those who know me well enough, they know that I am moody and sensitive.
Selalu berangin je satu badan.
Kadang-kadang tengah mood baik happy happy tapi 1 perkataan je orang silap cakap can turn my mood upside down!

Like today,
It was a nice morning despite that we woke up 1 hour late from our plan.(I got smooches as wake up call, explain the good mood. *wink*)
I am happily preparing the husband and my lunch pack and the shake for breakfast.
I took a bath, slide into my pre-iron dress (jarang gila iron baju dari malam sebelumnya <-- adorable="" agood="" and="" br="" cak-cak="" daughter="" god="" i="" in="" is="" m="" main="" make="" mood="" my="" on="" playing="" put="" right="" see="" she="" soooo="" the="" up="" while="" with="">
Only to realize that the husband didn't help me pour the shake to my bottle.
There goes my good mood.
I went upside down just because a bottle of shake!

I mean, it was definitely not his fault.
He did asked about my shake when he saw my bottle was empty.
But I didn't asked him to help me pour the shake for me.
So he ASSUME that I purposely left the shake in the blender.

And I cried.

Silly me cried over a stupid shake.

Oh sayang, how can you stand me all this years? And how can you promise to be with me for thousand years ahead?

Even I don't want to be stuck with me forever.

Oh well, I must be very good in bed. *ahaks*

Footnote: This is an open apology to the husband. I'm sorry...
