The 2013 Bonus Bag : Part 2 - Coach Madison Christie Carryall Saffiano

Read part 1 here

So, my promise of not buying a new bag went to trash and I blame it all on my friend.

To make sure that she brought home a bag that has an ultimate value of money, we actually went into ALL the designers store at Pavilion.

Every. Single. Store

Of course, this weak lady had her saliva drooled in every store and by the time we were at Coach, I was kinda ready to buy one and make it my KPI too.

It was an accidental buy I swear. Previously my plan was to save up for the ultimate wish list(s) that I have in mind. Haha. I'm so weak!

By the way, I bought a Madison Christie Carryall Saffiano in powder blue. I am in love with the saffiano leather (who doesn't?) for the fact that it is so easy to maintain. I was initially torn (so classic of me) between it and a Borough bag but I want the one in grey and they don't have it in medium. Plus, my friend said that Borough bag looks so serious and I need something a bit playful. So Madison it is!

Do I love the bag? Hmmm.. Though I love it so much but to be frank, I haven't been carrying the bag often enough to comment. Like I said, I'm pretty much still very much in love with the speedy b so the bag get shoved at the back of my wardrobe till now. But I love the fact that Coach offers nice range of good quality and "affordable" leather handbag.

But I can safely say that it was a good buy and let's hope that this too will last long enough to be worn as a vintage handbag by my daughters. Hehehe.

2013 Bonus Bag : Part 1 - Mulberry Alexa

So I told my friends I won't be buying any bag this year as I'm still so much in love with Ms Speedy B. My friends all laugh at me and did not take me seriously. Well, i'm serious! at that time..at least. (-.-")

One of my good friend from the office told me that she is in love with Mulberry and wanted to get one as her bonus bag. I, being a good friend like I always do (when it comes to shopping), offer myself to accompany her. You know.. as an adviser. Hehehehe.

We set a date, blocked both our calendar and decided to meet up at Pavilion since Mulberry just opened their store there.

The 1st thing she said to me when we met was "I have to go home with a bag or at least a wallet. That's my KPI for today" haha! This girl is so me!

Well, she did not go home empty handed of course.. with the help of this smart adviser. Bahahaha.

She gotten herself an Alexa in soft buffalo leather, classic brown color and do you know how Mulberry don't give any discount for classic color? Not for this! She got it at 20% off! I'm so green with envy!

Ahhh.. Love. Really looks good on her.

So, what happen to me?

Guess!

#OOTD : Police Traffic Pants.

I own this piece of pants for quite some time and it never fail to bring such attention when I wore it to office. They called me traffic police, athlete, you name it! But it is still my favorite piece to wear.

It's in between a boring black pants and a patterned pants. I don't need to suit up for a meeting like I normally did when I wore patterned piece yet I still look less boring.

Fueling up on coffee before we proceed to a serious business. :)

The Happy Box : Louis Vuitton Speedy Bandouliere 30 in Monogram

My story with Louis Vuitton goes all the way back.

Those who friend me on facebook or instagram know that I kid with my husband A LOT! Most of the time, it includes the two letter word "LV". In every status that I tagged him, I'll make sure the letters appear each time. Haha. Such a headache to be my husband, no?

Tho that was the case but believe it or not, I bought my 1st Louis Vuitton using my own pocket money. I was trying to lose weight that time and I promise myself to buy one if I ever reach my target. And I did. It was a Neverful MM in Damier Ebene. I tought I'll be done for good after the purchase but boy... little that I know, it creates addiction deep inside. A very "wallet damaging" addiction. LOL.

So my advise. Don't start! Haha

Anyway, on my birthday last January, my husband brought me to KLCC and to my surprise lead me to the LV store. Awwww. What do I do to deserve him I don't know. I'm a lousy wife. I told you guys so many times. It means a lot you know because this my self-damaging addiction and I definately don't want him to splurge his hard earn money on this. Plus, he (like any other sane guy) told me a gazillionth of times that the bag is way overpriced for a canvas bag! "But it's an LV...." I would reply complete with my "puss in the boots eyes" hehe.

I was about to take it but I couldn't let myself. So I told him that it's okey.. Save the money for the new baby (I was 4 month pregnant at that time) and just give me a nice dinner instead. ( the snob sales assistant play a big part too. Hate it when they treat us like we don't deserve. You ain't get any commision from me you don't. Not with that attitude!)

5 months later, after enduring labor pain, episiotomy, engorgement, and sore nipple i figure what the hell, if you wanna give me I'll take it! Haha.

My initial target was only Speedy. Tho I know Speedy B will be more practical but we will have to add another 1k just for the strap. Since I already have Neverful for practicality, I have no issue with the short top handle that Speedy has. But my husband insisted me to get the Bandouliere. Well it's your money honey who am I to object. LOL. I was also going to get it in 35 initially but the SA assure me that 30 looks better with my frame.

So here I am smiling until my cheeks hurts and he's out by few thousands of bucks. Haha. Takpe sayang manjakan isteri dapat banyak pahala tau. ;p

I love the bag! It's classy, squishy, roomy and everything. But since I'm a desperate housewife for the moment, the bag's safely getting tanned everyday on top of my bed.

Sayang, if you're reading this. Thank you so much for the gift. For loving me this much. I have nothing to offer you other than pray that Allah will grant you jannah for being such a great husband to me.

P/S: The Speedy Bandouliere price increase in February 13 making the bag RM500 more expensive than before. We could save up the 500 if we bought it on my birthday! So next time if you have money don't wait just buy because the price keep on increasing every year! (Good investment huh? Hehe)

Designer Diaper Bag, perhaps?

During Rania's times, I don't really bother to have a diaper bag. Well, we used to have one.. I think it's a bag with so many compartments that I use it as a diaper bag. It's purple in color and the material is some cheap PU. But most of the time, I just throw all Rania's stuff into my handbag and we're good to go.

Well, not anymore.

There's no way now that I'm gonna throw Imaan stuff inside my babies. I did it once and I swear my body was sweating and I cringe every time I walk so no no no.

Anyway, earlier I thought of using my Le Pliage bag as a diaper bag for the fact that they do have waterproof interiors and it's roomy not to forget they're durable too. I'm not worried about pockets, I could just place a bag organizer inside and I could find a changing pad on its own. I'm almost 100% certain I'm going to use it instead of buying something new (explains why only now I'm in a hunt for a diaper bag) but then I was hooked when I went online googling about diaper bag and I found this Kate Spade Flatiron Nylon Sophia Grace Baby Bag. I am now contemplating between the stripy or the shocking pink.

I'm in love with another bag from Kate Spade too. The Cabana Tile Harmony Baby Bag. Not so fond of the shape but I like the nice pattern design and the bright color it has.

This one from Coach is also nice. Loving the fact that it is not so "Coach-y" like and the leather handle.

Or maybe I can blackmail the husband about the pain I have to endure giving birth to his kids an ask for this one, perhaps? Hehe.

It's a Burberry Madison Diaper Tote.

So guy, should I get a new diaper bag? Kate Spade or Coach? Stripy or Pink?

If this is a disease, I think I need help.

Pavilion - Jan 12, 2011

My husband always ask me why women need so many shoes ( so uncool lah you husband asking me that kind of question!) He said I only have one pair of foot. He don't see the relations between my glowing face with the cute shoe on my feet (which happens every month)

Well let me give you an answer dear uncool husband.

Yes, we women have only 1 feet but we have 365 days in a year don't we? And if we split a day to day event and night event, we will need 730 pairs of shoes right?? Not only that, we also have to own a pair for each color to match with our glamorous dress. You don't want me to wear blue dress with green shoes don't you? And don't start giving me idea to use only black shoe because it will match with everything. Please, don't upset my feet. They have feelings too you know.

Plus, who can resist this kind of temptation?

Not even this young lady, apparently!

I teach her well, don't you think?

So dear husband, do you have anything else to add?

Shoe Addict

Delicious isn't it?

I always tought that I am a handbag lady but turns out I am more keen on shoes!
Maybe because shoes are more affordable. (T_T)

Plus, you can never go wrong with shoes.
Itching to shop, just pick one of those classic peep toe pump!
Nude colour is a must have, I tell you.

Shoes can always make me smile and Fly my stress away.
More expensive much wider the smile. Hahaha.
If got it for free la..

Anyway, speaking of shoes.. my favorite brand of all time must be Charles & Keith.
Not only affordable but they have the most yummiest design ever and frankly speaking-comfortable too.
Though there are people who said C&K only copy designer's design and produce the cheaper version of it but do I care? *boooooooo*
Not everyone can afford freaking RM4000 for a pair of shoes! We have to find substitute aren't we?

We all know that Singapore is C&K place of birth and I am planning to go to Singapore next weekend. What a co-incident ey? (O_o)
I foresee lots of activities like this coming soon. *wink*

Ada siapa-siapa nak place order??? hehe.

Here, http://www.charleskeith.com/shop/catalog/shoe/hwindex.htm look for yourself how yummy they are. Awww.. I think my heart just melt.
