I found my old scale at my mother's and decided to face the reality.
I am successfully 1 kg above my ideal weight range.
To make it worst, the fact we move out of my mum's so no more daily-mum-home-cooking-sedap-nak-mampus-hari-hari mesti-makan-meals and also daily exercises of climbing 3 floors up and down of our apartment, my office and my client's office every day didn't do much help.
Andddd.... The husband manage to shed few kilos people! wtf!
It reminds me of the conversation I had with one of my bestie. She is considering about having a surgery to help her achieve the ideal weight. Because she can't find the "why" so it's kind of hard to loose weight the traditional way. (sebenarnya dia degil takmau dgr cakap org. haha). Of course, I am totally against it!
Back to my body weight issue, I found myself googling about the surgery 24 hours after I told her surgery is a BIG no-no.
Verdict: Babe, nak pergi clinik ajak aku ek? hahaha
